Enable Chinese/Japanese characters in jdownloader

 

By default, jdownloader does not support displaying Chinese/Japanese characters. To enable it, some editing is required:

FIrst, goto JDownloader\jd\languages, edit the en.loc file, add:

!font=Dialog
!fontsize=14

Then changing the Style to one of the Synthetica styles:

Then jdownloader will show the characters correctly, assuming your system has eastern languages enabled.
